Drones in STEM Education

Drones are already an integral part of society and will play an even bigger role in years to come. Introducing Drones in the Technologies Curriculum can be a rewarding experience for both teachers and students. Linking real-world Drone applications like agriculture and mining through drone solutions can enable a rich and immersive STEM learning experience. Readily available Drone platforms like Parrot provide a low barrier-to-entry for teachers new to Drones. These platforms are also a safe alternative as the Drones are small and offer good protection.
